This unique custom home is officially underway in the beautiful Town of Historic Lewes. Designed to thoughtfully complement its surroundings, the street-facing exterior draws inspiration from the traditional architecture of the Historic District, while the sides and rear of the home transition into a distinctly modern retreat inspired by California living and Scandinavian design.

The result is a beautiful balance of old and new— an exterior that feels at home within the historic neighborhood while creating a more contemporary experience as you move into the private spaces of the property.

The backyard embraces a courtyard-style layout, centered around a beautiful pool and inviting patio spaces designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Inside, the home will feature three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a completely custom kitchen, two fireplaces, and clean, modern finishes throughout.
