About This Project
The new owner of this home had always dreamed of living on the beach. On order to maximize the incredible views and make his new home match his personal taste, we completely remodeled the kitchen, updated the ocean facing decks and added a hot tub on the third floor deck overlooking the ocean. The decks used synthetic decking, cable railing with under rail lighting, and Ipe handrails.
