On order to maximize the incredible views and make his new home match his personal taste, we completely remodeled the kitchen, updated the ocean facing decks and added a hot tub on the third floor deck overlooking the ocean. The decks used synthetic decking, cable railing with under rail lighting, and Ipe handrails.
